In 2016 we discovered that our apartment had been experiencing water ingress for a long time, and now had a substantial amount of water entering the apartment via the external wall following any heavy rain. We're talking pools of water pouring in!
Over the next 2 years we had more than 5 contractors look at the problem, without any being able to diagnose the cause of the leak, yet alone fix it.

It all started so innocently - a small bathroom leak in our rental property. A few tubes of silicone fixed it the first time and the second time a few years later. Then we find out there was water running down into the apartment below…it was going to be costly.
Then in came the tradies, one by one, easy to fix they all said, the answer was to pull the tiles off, find the leak, re sheet the walls and re-tile…by the way, you will have to put the tenant up at a hotel for a few days and it isn’t going to be cheap.
Just as l was about to engage the property manager to proceed with the best quote, l thought it wouldn’t hurt to get one last opinion, in came ‘The Leak Professionals’.
Martin and his team diagnosed the problem quickly and they suggested a simpler and cheaper way to fix the problem - at a fraction of the cost and without the need to re-tile and upset the tenant with a lengthy process.

I have been renting a townhouse in Richmond for over a year. Two months after I moved in I discovered a leak.
Since then, the estate agent has arranged five different maintenance people to attend the property and attempt to resolve the leak. None of these attempts were successful.

We have used the services of The Leak Professionals to assist a client that was having issues with water ingress issues coming from the exterior of their property.
